ur four cottages overlook the beautiful waterway of St Georges Basin. All cottages are within 1 km from a boat launching ramp.
A seven/eight minute drive will get you to the clean white beaches of Jervis Bay (Booderee). Jervis Bay provides superb snorkelling and scuba-diving in the abundant sheltered bays, and amongst rocky submerged outcrops. The weather here is great for swimming from October to April, and the beaches & bush still beautiful in the cooler months.

Our cottages are located a short walk away from Grevilles Corner Store, which provides FREE Internet and Wireless access for visitors (WiFi)

If you're after BUSH and NATIONAL PARKS, - a 10 minute drive will get you to the Booderee National Park and to the Jervis Bay Marine National Park.
Pigeon House Mountain walk is well suited to people of average fitness, and is 1.5 hour drive south to its carpark, via Ulladulla. Other nearby National Parks are Morton & Minnamurra Falls, to the north.

ENTERTAINMENT: Huskisson, 'The Gateway to Jervis Bay', provides an historic pub, restored Husky cinema, many restaurants, and a Carnival during the peak weeks of summer and Easter.

CULTURAL/ENVIRONMENTAL ATTRACTIONS: Lady Denman Maritime Museum, Aboriginal Arts & Crafts, Boardwalk through mangroves, HMAS Albatross Naval Museum

TOURS: Dolphin Watch Cruises - view dolphins from a luxury catamaran; Sea Kayak tours on Jervis Bay; Bush Tucker tours 4442 1168;

RESTAURANTS: Thai, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Pizza/Italian, Chicken/Chips takeaways/cafes, as well as many other eat-in restaurants of high quality which also cater for Vegetarians.

FACILITIES: Shopping needs and professional services are amply supplied by the townships located on Jervis Bay and St Georges Basin, and the city of Nowra, 25 minutes drive north. A large supermarket (open to midnight) is located in Vincentia, only 7 minutes drive away from our cottages.

BERRY/KANGAROO VALLEY: are 45 minutes to 1 hour away as part of a tourist drive, and provide arts & crafts, antiques, luscious cafes & restaurants; the spectacular Fitzroy Falls is a short drive further up the mountain from Kangaroo Valley.

The above are only SOME of what Jervis Bay/Shoalhaven offers visitors.

Please note: All our cottages are renovated houses originally built by holiday makers (one is amongst the earliest homes in the area), and with the character of that house you may have stayed at on a south coast holiday when you were a child. They are nestled in native gardens with local wildlife a feature. If you are looking for a new project home just like those in the majority of our newer suburbs, that's not what we have. However we do have the features you need for your holiday as shown below.

Smoking is not permitted inside our houses.

*Our houses are not suited to parties, as they are in a residential suburban area. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour is not permitted at any time.

All four cottages are approximately 10 minute drive from beaches of Jervis Bay.

Check-out
Check-in is 2.00 pm and Check-out is 10.00 am when the cottage has bookings back to back.
Otherwise check-in and check-out times are flexible. Just ask us.

PAYMENT: deposit of 50% in advance for bookings of 2 or more nights,
with balance due upon arrival at our office, when you collect the key.
Credit card preferred. Direct deposit negotiable. Cheques accepted at owner's discretion

• Overnight bookings - full payment in advance by credit card only.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
- 6 weeks or more notice = full refund of deposit;
- Less than 6 weeks, but more than 2 weeks = 50% refund of deposit, if we are unable to refill the vacancy.
- Less than 2 weeks = no refund of deposit if we are unable to refill the vacancy.

For all 4 cottages - you need to bring:
• Your own toiletries & towels.
* Your own pillowslips & sheets /sleeping bags for a booking where more than one queenbed will be used (
one queenbed is always made up).

There is a large supermarket in Vincentia, only a short driving distance and open till Midnight. There is also a large IGA supermarket in Sanctuary Point.

The Cottages are a short walk from the nearest corner store, and a one to five minute drive away from shops and restaurants, and St Georges Basin Country Club.

Dogs may be permitted - talk it over with us. They are not allowed on the furniture nor in carpetted bedrooms, must be clean & obedient, and not allowed to chase the wildlife. 3 cottages are UNfenced (193 is fenced). Dog-droppings in the yards must be cleaned up by the dog-owner. Pet Accommodation on Stayz
